Permission to use
Luciano Lama permits the owner, the owner’s companies, and people the owner authorizes to use the supplied Lama Soldi application for private internal accounting. This support website does not offer a public download, public account, or license for resale or redistribution.
Your records and responsibilities
You retain your rights in the accounting records and materials you supply. Only connect accounts and process records you are authorized to access. Review import reconciliations, invoice details, payment instructions, reports, and backups before relying on them. A successful import or connection alone does not establish accounting accuracy.
Third-party services
QuickBooks Online, Intuit, PayPal, Apple services, and mail services are separate products governed by their respective terms, availability, and any applicable fees. Lama Soldi does not grant access to those services. A working connection requires the relevant account permissions and, where applicable, production approval.
Access and support
The operator controls who may receive and use Lama Soldi. Users must protect their devices, company records, and connection credentials. Stop using and disconnect the application if your authorization to use the relevant company records ends. For support, contact Luciano Lama at ciano@lamalaw.com. Do not include passwords or API secrets.
Accounting review
Lama Soldi assists with recordkeeping; it does not replace professional accounting, tax, or legal review. No provision on this page changes obligations established in another applicable agreement or under applicable law.
