Disconnect without losing your local books.

Disconnecting revokes the QuickBooks connection. It does not delete records already imported into Lama Soldi.

1. Select the correct company.In Lama Soldi, open the QuickBooks connection screen for that company.
2. Choose Disconnect QuickBooks.The app asks Intuit to revoke access, then removes that company’s QuickBooks connection credentials from this Mac’s Keychain. Wait for the confirmation.
3. If revocation cannot finish, use QuickBooks.Open your connected-app management in QuickBooks Online, locate Lama Soldi, and disconnect it there. Afterward, retry removal in Lama Soldi. Do not assume a failed disconnection revoked access.

What remains

Your local company records, imported source archives, invoice attachments, exported reports, and existing backups remain available. Removing a connection does not cancel invoices or delete data held by Intuit or PayPal.

Deleting stored records

Use Lama Soldi’s company and backup management tools to review deletion or restoration separately. Copies already exported, emailed, or placed in iCloud Drive require separate handling. Preserve the financial records you are required to keep.

Reconnect a company only when you intend to authorize another download.
