Connect the company you intend to migrate.
Start in Lama Soldi on your Mac. This website does not collect your QuickBooks password or accounting records.
- Prepare Intuit production access.In your Intuit developer app, complete the production requirements. Register
https://soldi.lamalaw.com/oauth/callback/as the redirect address after this domain is active. Keep your production client secret private. - Choose your company in Lama Soldi.Open the QuickBooks cutover/import assistant and choose Connect QuickBooks Online…. Enter your production credentials and the exact registered redirect address directly in the app, where they are stored in Apple Keychain.
- Authorize in your browser.Select Save in Keychain and Authorize…. Sign in with Intuit and select the correct QuickBooks company. Intuit grants its Accounting permission as a whole; Lama Soldi’s import connector uses accounting access only to read records.
- Finish the connection on your Mac.On the return page, use Copy connection response and paste it into the secure returned-address field in Lama Soldi. Do not send it by email or chat. Select Complete Connection and check the displayed company name.
- Download, reconcile, then import.Pause changes in QuickBooks during the final download. Use Download for Cutover and review accounts, trial balance, receivables, invoices, payments, and any warnings. Do not retire QuickBooks until the review is complete and the source archive is safely retained.
Connecting does not change your QuickBooks records, import automatically, or enable production access before Intuit approves it. A snapshot can be blocked from import when required records or reconciliations are missing.
